For its Charged Attacks, it counters Sharpedo with Moonblast, and Tyranitar and Camerupt with Hydro Pump. Tapu Fini should run Water Gun as its Fast Attack. As a Water/Fairy-type, it can hit all three of Cliff’s third-slot Pokémon for super effective damage with its same-type attack bonus moves. Hitmonchan’s preferred Fast Attack is Counter.įinally, Tapu Fini is a solid option for your final team member. Hitmonchan has the best match-up spread against Cliff’s second round of Pokémon, making it the ideal pick for your second team member. Therian Forme Landorus is an important counter to Cliff. As a result, there is a good chance that you can use Therian Forme Landorus successfully against more than one of Cliff’s Pokémon. It can also do decently well against Venusaur and Omastar. Importantly, Landorus also matches up well into Tyranitar and Camerupt. Since the first two Charged Attacks of the fight will be shielded, it is important to get those attacks off quickly rather than charging up for a strong move. Therian Forme Landorus can rack up energy against quickly using Mud Shot while still doing a good amount of damage.įor this fight Landorus should run Bulldoze rather than the stronger option, Earthquake, because Bulldoze requires less energy per second to use. ![]() Some used their space to stage art exhibitions and theatrical performances others built kink palaces. ![]() While in cities like New York or London you might never own a flat, in Second Life you could design, build and inhabit a mansion. Renters could build whatever they wanted on their turf. IBM, just like any other denizen of Second Life, paid ground rent to own a “region” of the game, one region representing 6.5 hectares of digital turf, currently rented at $166 (£134) a month. It was a historic moment, a journalist for Bloomberg reported at the time: Palmisano was “the first big-league CEO” to stage a company-wide meeting in Second Life – “the most popular of a handful of new-fangled 3D online virtual worlds”. Looming out of the throng at the back stood a 10ft IBM employee, his digital face plastered in Gene Simmons-style white makeup, with shoulder-length, Sonic-blue hair. He faced a crowd of digital, animated dolls dressed in the business attire of the day: black heels, pencil-line shirts, Windsor-knotted ties. Palmisano’s trim avatar wore tortoiseshell-frame glasses and a tailored pinstripe suit. Palmisano’s physical body was in Beijing at the time, but he addressed most of his audience inside Second Life, the online social world that had launched three years earlier. ![]() They had come to hear IBM’s CEO, Sam Palmisano, deliver a speech. On hard you have limited revives and there is knock back on. There are two difficulties: normal and hard, with only 2 differences. But there is a chance to revive your fallen comrade. Losing only take one girl being knocked down and the surviving member will get teleported back to the save point. When you die, and no doubt you will on a boss, there is always a save point right next to the boss. I was not expecting that from the first boss. Not to mention the last ditch attack they make before they die. They have three phases to each boss that will challenge your reflexes. One of the highlights to any Castlevina game are the boss fight and Grim Guardians: Demon Purge is no exception. Around the halfway mark, then the game opens up and you are free to go back and explore any area and grab anything you have missed. Grim Guardians: Demon Purge starts off very linear with the game, telling you where to go next and when. Maya, on the other hand, is a melee fighter with fighting damage potential, but is a glass cannon. She also gets a grapple hook that can help get to ledges they couldn’t before and the most health. Shinobu has reach on her side, she had her MAC-10 anti-demon machine guns. Each of the girls has their own strengths and weaknesses. Grim Guardians: Demon Purge has you working together with both Shinobu and Maya and it is possible to swap who you control with a simple button press. However, there is a slight twist to the story. The story of Grim Guardians: Demon Purge is fairly simple after that, just like what you would expect from a Castlevina style game. To undo this latest prank, our heroes need to reach the top of the tower and defeat the boss. Along with the students that our heroes need to rescue. Kurona has merged Shinobu and Maya’s high school with the demon realm and transformed the school into a massive castle. They have had their run-ins but nothing like this. They have to undo what Kuroua, a junior demon, has done. Grim Guardians: Demon Purge follows Shinobu and Maya: you might remember them from Gun*Gal. Review Rush was kindly supplied with a review code. Platforms: PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Serise X, PC ![]() This remains close enough to the default levels of the 1800X and 6900K to be reasonable, but that is a massive increase. This leapt from 113W to 193W when under load. This resulted in a leap of 16% and 19% in single- and multi-threaded performance, putting it essentially at the same level as the 1800X. Sure enough, our review sample overclocked quite well, reaching 3.9GHz with only a little extra voltage. For those who consider its single-threaded performance just a little too low, the ability to easily boost this could tip the balance in its favour. In some ways, it’s the chip’s overclocking potential that is its make-or-break moment. For an eight-core chip in the process of delivering 42% faster performance that’s highly impressive.Īt idle there’s little to choose between them, although technically the 7700K takes the victory. With power measurements taken for the whole system at the wall, the 1700 consumed just 113W when under load, compared to the 7700K’s 112W. We expected the Ryto offer impressive power consumption figures given its low TDP, but its rate of power-sipping was remarkable. Right here and now, however, if you’re prioritising frame rate over graphical fidelity then Intel is your best bet. Again, this game appears to be optimised for Intel processors and it’s likely that an update will bring better performance for AMD’s chips. However, at 1080p with low detail settings, the 7700K and 6900K pull out big leads. Again, the picture was similar, with the higher-detail, higher-resolution scenario resulting in consistently GPU-limited performance across all the test CPUs. Instead, the game seemed to prefer the extra cores of Intel’s eight-core processor.įinally, we come to Ashes of the Singularity, a game that has hundreds of units on screen at once, making for a stern test for CPUs. Although it’s interesting to note that the much faster clock speed of the 7700K over the 6900K was of little benefit. Again, a good portion of this is the game being poorly optimised for the AMD processors, but clearly there remains an advantage with higher clock speed. ![]() But the Ryzen 7 1700’s clock speed is slow enough that it shows a noticeable drop in performance, even at these settings.Īt 1080p and medium detail settings the Intel chips really pull away. Hopefully, this will be addressed with an update.įor the 1800X there’s no difference at 1440p with Ultra detail settings, since its speed still results in the GPU being the bottleneck. First, that this game is just generally better-optimised to run on Intel processors, as demonstrated by the 6900K being faster than the 1800X. However, as we switch to a more CPU-intensive title such as Battlefield 1, we see two things. At 1080p with detail set to Medium and at 1440p with detail set to Ultra, all our test CPUs are limited by graphics card speed so provide identical performance. Starting with the least challenging test for CPU usage, The Witcher 3 is the most representative game of our tests when it comes to modern, graphically rich FPS/RPG titles. In terms of gaming, it’s here we really see the advantage of the extra clock speed of the 7700K and also that single-threaded speed isn’t necessarily an advantage. If you have £330 to spend on a CPU, the 7700K is far better for single-threaded applications and the 1700 for multi-threaded tasks. Overall, the picture really is as clear as the two processor’s specs would suggests. The results were far closer in this test, but it’s a relatively short and simple transcode operation so doesn’t fully tax the CPU for long. The faster-clocked 1800X took just 70 seconds. Moving on to a real-world example, using the Handbrake video-conversion tool to change a 1080p video to 720p, the 1700 managed this in just 81 seconds, while the 7700K took 95 seconds. Similarly, in POV-Ray, the 7700K established a 50% lead in the single-threaded test but then dropped all the way back to trail the 1700 by 35% in the multi-threaded test. Starting with Cinebench R15, in this benchmark’s single-threaded test the Rywas 44% slower than the 7700K in the multi-threaded test it was 42% faster.
![]() ![]() The results of our 4K write latency benchmark were reflective of the Crucial MX300’s performance so far. Here, the Crucial MX300 excelled with writes (112.45MB/s) and fell short with reads (28.76MB/s). Looking at our random 4K benchmark in terms of MB/s yielded the same results. The Crucial MX300 was relatively slow with reads of 7,363 IOPS. Once again, the Crucial MX300 held up in terms of write performance (28,787 IOPS), posting numbers just under the Samsung 850 EVO and 750 EVO (29,748 IOPS and 30,490 IOPS, respectively). Our random 4K benchmark with IOMeter puts more strain on the drives in terms of throughput. The only drive that outpaced the MX300 in write functions was the Samsung EVO 2TB (467MB/s). When switching to random 2MB transfers, the Crucial MX300 performed well overall, with the second-best write performance (462.57MB/s) and a read performance that was roughly average (384.60MB/s). However, it was the slowest drive in terms of read functions, with 397.55MB/s. In our 2MB sequential benchmark, the Crucial MX300 posted a strong write performance (462.98MB/s) that slightly trailed only two drives (Samsung 850 EVO 2TB and OCZ Trion 150 960GB). Like most of Crucial’s drives, the MX300 is held together with tabs that run along the outer edges. The back of the drive has a sticker with information such as model number, serial number, capacity, and form factor. The drive has the same stylized label sticker that is placed on the front of the SSD, and displays the Crucial logo, product brand, and the form-factor information. The overall design of the MX300 is similar to the rest of Crucial’s line. The Crucial MX300 has a list price of $200 and provides a 3-year warranty. And to protect files from bit rot, the drive also has exclusive data defense technology. The MX300 uses RAIN technology that works similar to RAID, only RAIN stores bits of data on different places on the SSD. Along with this, Crucial is offering its Storage Executive software that helps monitor drives, as well as increase performance. Crucial is also adding several features to this new SSD, including write acceleration, high energy efficiency (0.075W), and AES 256-bit encryption. By stacking triple-level cells vertically, Micron has broken free of the geometrical limitations associated with planar TLC NAND architecture.ģD NAND isn’t the only feature that comes with the MX300. Packing three bits of information into each cell horizontally presents practicality issues, which are mostly manifested in drive endurance. The advent of 3D NAND is credited with sustaining the next generation of SSDs by allowing manufacturers to continue maximizing density, performance, and endurance while reducing cost per GB. Crucial reports transfer speeds of 530MB/s read and 510MB/s write, as well as an endurance rating of 220 TBW.Īlthough Crucial’s suite of features improve the efficiency of this SSD, its use of 3D TLC architecture is what really makes the MX300 stand out. The MX300 is currently available in a 750GB 2.5-inch form factor, with more models slated for release later in 2016 (including more capacity options and M.2 form factors). Crucial reports transfer speeds of 530MB/s read and 510MB/s write as well as an endurance rating of 220 TBW.Īs the first Crucial product leveraging Micron’s new 3D TLC NAND, the MX300 SSD promises to bring single-level cell endurance and triple-level cell density and value to consumers. Early on when you have to fight the ghost, you can take damage and either get knocked out of or walk through the blue flame that pops up causing them to chase you forever. In this episode of Evoland 2, we enter the scary and haunted forest We must find the ghosts or we can never make it to Demonia Will we get through this cr. ![]() So far I have come across 5 bugs, 1 of them causing a softlock. |
